Return Policy

Upon submitting your request, you will be provided with a return shipping label. If you choose to return rather than exchange, a $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

General Returns
All products must be returned in their original condition, including the product packaging, tags, unused, unwashed, and unworn, to qualify for a full refund. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 15 days of your purchase.

Final Sale Items
The following sales are final and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during Black Friday.
  • Products with factory defects are eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees. Ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn and unwashed.
  • The original packaging is intact and items are well-packed for return.
  • The purchase date was within the last 15 days.
    For pre-ordered items, the 15-day return period begins on the date of delivery.

Processing Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
