The website's policy on user data is to not share any personally identifiable information. All user data is stored securely and not shared. No credit card data is stored on lurebylina.com. Passwords are encrypted in a secure authorization environment within industry standards and guidelines according to Google Cloud Authentication.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept all returns in original condition product packaging tags on unused, unwashed and unworn items for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. If the 15 days frame time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to refund you.

Customer is responsible for returning shipping fees.

Any customer who purchases a box, subscription, or item on the website is entitled to a refund if the following conditions are met:

the item is unworn and unwashed
the original packaging is still intact and able to be shipped back with the items
the date of purchase is 15 days or less

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
